The 2025 Game IP Ecosystem Conference, themed “Innovate the Future, Connect the World”, kicked off at Suzhou International Expo Centre in SIP on Nov 7. It was the third straight year that an event of such kind was held in SIP.

Sponsored by China Audio-video and Digital Publishing Association (CADPA), the event brought together 50-plus top games companies from home and abroad, with about 500 experts and professionals from around the country.

At the event, the International Game and Animation Collaboration Service Center was inaugurated. Jointly established by the CADPA working committees for games and digital IP application and SIP, the center provides support and services covering industrial ecosystem optimization and resource integration, international collaboration and market expansion, copyright protection, financing and data research and analysis, aiming to facilitate exchanges and cooperation across the global game and animation sectors.

The 2025 Report on IP Development in China’s Game Industry was released, giving details about the current conditions of China’s game IP ecosystem, offering in-depth analysis of the Chinese game IP market and players, and predicting future trends of the game industry.

A specific introduction to SIP’s game industry backing measures was given on site, and the guests from leading games and animation companies shared their expertise and views.

The event also included thematic discussions, keynote speeches and a roundtable focusing on hot issues concerning related industries, and a partnering session where nearly 30 companies discussed cooperation.
