SIP Citizen Service Center held a meeting on Dec 4 to look back on its work since its establishment in late 2024 and make arrangements for improving its services in the future to help drive high-quality development of SIP.

Over the past one year, the center has made remarkable achievements in improving administrative services for businesses and residents. It offers about 500 administrative services in five halls, handling over 800,000 cases from January to November.
For the future, the center will enhance efforts to push forward reform in administrative services to better meet needs of businesses and individuals by strengthening collaboration between different departments, employing advanced technologies and improving staff’s proficiency through training and more effective incentives.
