The 2nd Digital Twin Technology and Industry Development Conference opened in SIP on Dec 4. Sponsored by Sungent DigiTech, a digital tech arm of SIP-based multi-business conglomerate Sungent Group, the event highlighted insights into future trends and prospects in the digital twin sector.

The event comprised the main forum, three parallel forums and a theme activity attended by over 600 representatives from research organizations and enterprises.
During the main forum, a number of enterprises joined the digital twin public service platform collaboratively developed by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), SIP Administrative Committee and the ISC (Internet Society of China) Working Committee for Digital Twin Technology Application, aiming to promote digital twin technology innovation and application.
A campaign was launched concurrently to solicit digital twin application scenarios.

The experts from top research organizations such as the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Academy of Engineering of Singapore gave keynote speeches, sharing their expertise on digital twin technology.
The CAICT Industry and Planning Research Institute announced the “Top 10 Buzzwords for Digital Twin in 2025”.
The “Typical Practical Cases of Digital Twin City Technology Application” and the “Digital Twin City Blue Book (2025)” were released.

An exhibition aimed at facilitating demand-supply matching was held at the same time, attracting leading tech companies like Huawei and iFLYTEK.
